In a conversation with his co-executive producer KJ Spio, Sarkodie explains the drive behind “No Pressure” Album.

He says “Having a spotlight on you for 10 years changes how you see things. I still want to be able to surprise the people and do what they’ve not heard before, and to be able to do that, i can’t use the old approach. When you’re growing up and getting to perfection and making sure to polish yourself for the next couple of years coming, you really need to take your time. I think you have to lose something to gain something. I had to lose the old me to have the new me. I’m growing up, i feel different, i think different, and i’m carrying along people who feel like that“.
